I'm Punit, an AI and data enablement consultant in Bengaluru. I help L&D and business teams turn data and GenAI goals into learning people can use.

Seven years between data and learning.

For seven years I've worked between data and learning. Three years of Azure data engineering mean the examples I design come from real builds rather than slides. My work starts with a training needs analysis, moves through learning paths and curriculum, and ends with teams running the learning themselves. I also write about data engineering.

Delivered for GlobalFoundries, Honeywell, Deloitte, IBM, IIT Delhi and IIT Roorkee, via TimesPro and Dono Consulting.

Teaching · the room

The other half happens in the room.

Half the work is the build. The other half is standing in front of people and making it land: live coding, worked examples from real builds, and walkthroughs so teams keep using it after the session.

How I work

Four steps, one slingshot.

A method, not a menu. Every engagement falls toward the same goal, gains speed at four stations, and leaves with the team running it themselves.

A probe falls toward a black hole along a dotted orange path, lights four stations on the way in, swings around the hole at its fastest point and is flung out to the right. Discover, Design, Build and deliver, Hand over, then the team runs it.

The campus · after dark

One island, five districts.

Everything above, as one small island at night. The points in the sky are data: they settle into Ingest, Model and Teach, pour into the pipes and come out at the schoolhouse. Pick a building and I will walk you there.

Case studies live in the schoolhouse and the data mill, writing in the lighthouse, something new in the workshop, and letters wait at the post office.

  • points in the sky: raw data
  • teal pipes: data on its way to people
  • orange: something needs a fix
